I’m John Lauro, founder and principal consultant at Independent Network Consultants. With over 40 years of combianed experience in IT and cybersecurity, I’ve dedicated my career to helping small businesses grow safely and sustainably in a rapidly evolving digital world.

My passion for technology started early—at just eight years old, I was assembling computers after school. That hands-on curiosity grew into a lifelong commitment to building secure, resilient networks and delivering peace of mind for my clients. Since founding INC in 2001, I’ve made it my mission to protect what matters, empower clients with reliable systems, and provide the support they need—when they need it.
